Ileana Dominguez Baute
Ileana Dominguez Baute was born in Cuba and holds a degree in General Medicine, which she obtained in 1997, as well as a specialization in Family Medicine, completed in 2003. As a physician in her home country, she dedicated several years to practicing family medicine before embarking on professional experiences in Zimbabwe and Guatemala.
Ileana’s professional journey continued after her decision to migrate to the United States in 2005. She pursued and successfully completed a nursing degree, subsequently working as an inpatient mental health Registered Nurse within hospital settings. Over the course of several years, she further developed her career and obtained certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner, specializing in mental health. Additionally, she holds a postmaster certification as a Psychiatrist Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
Ileana is fluent in both Spanish and English. She has amassed three years of clinical experience as a Psychiatrist Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, working at mental health community clinics.
Daniels Frutos
Daniel is an ANCC board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, with experience providing treatment for a wide variety of mental health concerns, including mood and anxiety disorders, ADHD, PTSD, and personality difficulties. Daniel perfectly balances management, excellent clinical care, quality education to students pursuing careers as psychiatric providers, and distinguished, tailored care to patients and staff. His focus on education ensures that high quality of care is delivered to each and every one of his patients. His training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy provides the appropriate psychotherapeutic balance required for the success of managing his patients. Daniel graduated from Maryville University in St. Louis, MO with honors. Daniel is a passionate advocate for minority mental health and emotional wellness, human emotions, free will, ethical practice and policy in mental health, and psychiatric and medical innovation. Daniel has designed a urological medical device which has a patent pending.
Jose Crossier
Jose is native from Cuba, relocated to United states in 2000. Has dedicated the last 16 years of his life to the health care system. Jose is bilingual, fluent in Spanish and English. He enjoys taking care of pediatric and adult populations. Embraces an empathetic, multicultural and holistically approach taking focus in each specific patient’s need to speed up the recovery process.
Jose is committed to excellence. His goal is to provide an exceptional quality of services utilizing the latest evidence-based practice and recommendations for treatment. Jose achieves his goals by developing a focused relationship with patient and family members.
